Le Muse and Caliterra are proud to join together and bring you another very jolly Holiday Arts and Crafts Bazaar event. This is a two day event.

Call for artists and craftsmen to bring your handmade items to the 3rd Holiday Bazaar at this Caliterra event.  Caliterra will be promoting this event and highlights vendors before the event. This is a juried show and has been a big success in past years.

We are looking for tree and home decorations, jewelry, wood items, leather goods, glass ware, flora arrangements, pie and chocolate vendors and goodies for the stockings and under the tree.

When: Friday – December 10, 1-6:30 p.m. Saturday, December 11, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Where: The Hall at Caliterra 505 Wynnpage Dr., Dripping Springs, TX 78620 (South of 290 on RR12)
Booth spaces is: 8’ wide x 8’ deep –  if 2 6′ tables are used we recommend that they be place side by side.

Set up begins: 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 10th – This is a 2 day event
Fee: $60 fee
Spaces: There is space in the clubhouse and under the awning around the clubhouse. The awing area is well protected and well lite. Vendors in the awning area will be able to bring their items into the clubhouse overnight where it will be locked for security.

We are looking for a variety of artists and unique crafts so the number of vendors in any one art categories will be limited.

All applications must include links to your work, this could be webpage or social media pages. If your work isn’t online – we will ask for jpgs to be emailed.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent within 36 hours of application. Accepted applications will be accompanied with an invoice for payment. Booths are reserved after payment is received.

The event is juried for quality of merchandise and to limit items in any one category. If you are selected an invoice for $60 will be sent. Upon receipt of payment your space will be reserved.

Vendor Frequently asked questions

Set up time – 11:00 a.m. check in for booth assignment
Display – You must supply your own displays, tables, extension cords for any additional lighting.
Booth Space – 8’ wide x 6’ deep, if 2 6′ tables are used we recommend that they be place side by side.
