Hill Country Holiday Bazaar 2025

Sunday, December 14, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.

We are proud to bring you another very jolly Holiday Bazaar event. 

Call for artists and craftsmen to bring your handmade items to the 9th Holiday Bazaar.  We are back with the original organization and this is a juried show and has been a big success in past years. Notifications will begin August 11th.

We are looking for tree and home decorations, jewelry, wood items, leather goods, glass ware, floral arrangements, bakery goods and chocolate vendors and goodies for the stockings and under the trees.

When:
Saturday – December 13, 2025 10 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday, December 14, 9 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Where:
Caliterra Clubhouse, 505 Wynnpage Drive, Dripping Springs, TX 78620
Booth spaces is: 6’ wide x 5′ deep – or 1 table 6′ wide.

Set up:  Vendor for both days or Saturday only, 10 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. on Friday, December 12th or Saturday morning, December 13th, 7:30-10 a.m. to be completed before the opening time.  Sunday, December 13th, only vendors, set up 7:30 a.m. – 9 a.m., and completed before the start of the event.

Fee: 2 days $75, 1 day

Spaces: There is space in the clubhouse and under the awning around the clubhouse. The awing area is well protected and well lite. Vendors in the awning area will be able to bring their items into the clubhouse overnight where it will be locked for security. This is also where the 1 day vendors usually set up.

We are looking for a variety of artists and unique crafts and the number of vendors in any one category will be limited. Lmited to 1 space per vendor.

All applications must include links to your work, this could be webpage or social media pages. If your work isn’t online – we will ask for jpgs to be emailed. See the application form.

Notifications of acceptance will be sent. Accepted applications will be accompanied by an invoice for payment. Booths are reserved after payment is received.

Vendor Frequently asked questions

Display – You must supply your own displays, tables, chairs, extension cords for any additional lighting. The clubhouse is not heated, so dress accordingly.
Booth Space – 6’ wide x 5′ deep.

There will be food and music during the event.
